With over ten years of experience our construction team has the skills and the expertise to help you through the building process as much or as little as you need. From simply completing the build on your pre-purchased land, to putting together a construction and project management package specific to your requirements and budget, to driving the project right from the beginning stage of subdivision, we can be as involved as you like. Over the years we have established strong and mutually beneficial relationships with subcontractors so managing the whole project is straightforward for us. Our experienced personnel will lead you through the process from start to finish.

Our goal is to build approximately 60-80 new residential homes around Auckland each year, and our vision is to do this at an affordable price for our clients without compromising on high standards and quality.
